The eSHAPE in cellulo service packages allow you to determine the secondary structure of a given transcript in the natural environment of the cell. As part of this comprehensive service, Eclipsebio’s team of experts will purchase and receive cells, perform the cell culture, process the samples, and analyze the data.

This service is offered on 3 levels, each tailored for a specific goal:

Determine in cellulo structure and exogenous transfects

Standard | log₂(TPM)>6
Obtain in cellulo structure and endogenous transfects

Premium | log₂(TPM)>4
Obtain in vitro and in cellulo structure of the transcriptome, enabling the direct determination of how structure is affected by the cellular environment (∆eSHAPE). Also includes unbiased detection of transcript ends using the End-Seq service
