We are looking for an RNA Platform Manager to join our team to support eMERGE, our partnership platform for RNA-based medicine success. This is role will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with academics, biotechs, and biopharmas that are developing the next generation of vaccines and therapies. You will work with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify new areas for growth and to present on our capabilities to potential partners. You will also work with our Core and Custom Solutions teams to draft project proposals and statements of work to ensure that each partnership is a success. The ideal candidate will be excellent at presenting, well-organized, and passionate about the power of RNA to revolutionize medicine.

Job description
Job responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Conduct scientific presentations and seminars, including attending regional and international conferences (travel can be up to 20%)
- Lead pre-partnership presentation calls with potential clients
- Draft project proposals and statements of work for customers
- Address technical questions related to experimental design and sample preparation
- Assist in creating collateral to position eMERGE for different market segments
- Collect and organize customer project details and inquiries
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Molecular / Cell Biology or related discipline with a minimum 1 year industry experience
- Strong understanding of RNA biology
- Experience in technical marketing, business development, or customer service
- Excellent presentation skills including interpreting data for a non-technical audience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience developing RNA-based medicines (vaccines, protein or gene replacement therapies, or CAR-T)
- Knowledge of ribosome profiling, RNA structure assays, and/or immunoprecipitation assays
- Experience in drafting statements of work and project proposals
Benefits and Salary
Salary Range: $100,000 -$120,000
